  1.  Notice of Preparation - July 2020 - Complete

  2.  Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) Comments & Public Hearing - Apr 2022 - Complete

  3.  Economic Impact Report Released by County - Dec 2022 - Complete (optional, not a CEQA requirement)

  4.  Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) Comments & Public Hearing - May 2023 - Complete

  5.  Planning Commission Votes - May 2023 - Complete (It was a unanimous "no" vote)

  6.  Special Hearing - December 13 &14, 2023 - Supervisors to hear Rise request for "vested rights"
